On my way home Friday night I stopped and put $10 worth of gas in my truck. As soon as I hitthe freeway it started spitting and sputtering. Thinking I got water in the gas, I got off at my exit 20 miles north and filled it up with good gas at the sation I normally use. It seemed to run ok, however yesterday I went on a small tripand it did it again, however only when cruising. It is fine on acceleration. Today we went to Wally World and I grabbed some good dry gas and injector cleaner. I put that in however it still seems to lack power.

Now for some past history. It was delivered to me with 120 Mileson it from my dealer (Had to put plow on it). Any way on my way home it spit and sputtered and finally died. I got it home and drove straight to the dealer the next morning (even though it quite a dozen times..and died in there lot). After some very tense disscussions with them they got it in the shop to say "wow". The SM told me he had never seen this many error codes in a truck. So being on a Saturday and no one at Ford for him to consult, I got to drive home a POS.

On Monday they delivvered it to me with a new computer and coils in it. It has run great since then. It now has 6041 miles on it. Could a coil of went out again, or could the computer be fried again ? Now I guess I could take my plow off to see if that might be the problem...but its now a white out outside....

I'd take it right back to Ford and have them do a full diagnosis. In the meantime, you should bone-up on "Lemon Laws" for vehicles. Sounds like yours was mis-wired from the get-go.
