manual trans. identification help
I have a 4 speed looking manual transmission. The tailshaft is stamped RF-D7DR-7AO4O-AA.The body tag is RUGCD KJ26 D8TR MA 2321. It has a long shifter and it appears to be from a truck. Can anyone tell me what this is?

Welcome to FTE! You have a T170F, also known as a Toploader Imposter. It looks like a Toploader, but the 4th gear is an overdrive rather than 1:1. Here's a link with more info: -TD
