Is there a way to temporarily bypass the o2 sensor to see if that is the problem? I have no check engine lights on or anything. I didn't do the rebuild, an engine guy did it so I don't know if they are the right injectors or not. I think they are.

You could try replacing the O2 sensor, they are fairly cheap and easy to replace. But if it were my truck, it would be going back to the guy who rebuilt it and throw it in his lap. Have you tested your vacuum to see how much draw you have?
