leaking head gasket?

leaking head gasket?
My 1990 302 has had a small oil leak for awhile . small puddle on ground and a little oil cooking on exaust manifold.Yesterday had a couple of what sounded like backfires at 70mph .Oil leak seems alittle bigger today.What do you think?

The oil on the exhaust mani might just be a leaking valve cover. I had that problem when i got my truck.

Definately fix the oil leak before you have a fire.
