Coolant/Water Leak HELP!!!!!!
I have a 96' Ranger 2.3L 4cyl. XLT. I have located the leak but I am not sure what the part is called to ask for a new one! It is in line with my two heater hoses coming off of my fire-wall(f.w.). The hoses hit a valve about a foot from the f.w. and attached to the underside of this 4-way directional valve (black in color) is the culprit that is leaking. This part is cylinder, about 2" long and about 1" in diameter. I can replace it if I knew what the part is called. Will any auto parts store carry this or do I have to go directly to ford and get @#%#%!!!Thank-you for any feed-back.
