Anyone use or Heard of this: Banks Power TransCommand Transmission Management Module

Im looking into getting one of these for my Bronco with an E4OD I am plowing snow and want to help extend the life of the Trans and have Firmer shifts.
I dont want to Rip into the Trans yet and Im wondering if this will work for what I want to do and what you have heard of this.
Im gettting the Trans Flushed in 2 weeks.

Seems like an expensive electronic shift kit. Would be cheaper (and better?) to just intall a 'physical' shift kit.
