Steering ??
I just got back from town and noticed there is a little "slack" in the steering wheel .. Not much just a little, between turning the steering wheel and when the tires actually turn. Nothing major just annoying.Is there an adjustment to correct this ?? I just had a front end job and alignment.. I thought there may be something I could adjust etc..

Most power steering boxes have an adjustment on the top of the box. There is a procedure for doing it so that you don't tighten the gear too much and ruin the box. Consult the Haynes or Ford repair manual for your truck for the details.
There are a number of things that could be causing the looseness besides the steering box. Check the slip joint and the u/rag-joint on the lower steering column, as well as all tie rod ends and the ball joints. If any of these things are worn out, they can contribute to loose steering.
If nothing is worn out, then I suggest putting on a steering stabilizer shock, available at most off-road shops as well as JC Whitney and other online truck parts stores.
