Central Florida..
The reason I picked the middle of the state, I am down there quiet often and know the type of roads and hills....Causeway overpasses are included in you big hills...
new 05 F350 SRW is approaching the 7,000 mile mark,, you may have read my post about just doing a 6,000 mile trip to Arizona and then back through the mid-west and then home to Florida,, average for the entire trip was 10.7 MPG,, this is calculated from total fuel used against total miles drive,,
the MPG read out on the new 05 is about .2 tenths off from actual for the first 6 K miles,, far superior to what the overhead in my 2003 F250 7.3 offered,,
flat land really did not offer any major increases,, think once I saw 11.3 on the dash read out,,
according the the J scales we run just a tad over the 20,000 mark for truck and fiver,,
enjoy,,
I live in IL but made a trip to Panama City and back last march. We pulled 15,500 with my 04/03 motor stroker.. It was bone stock then except straight piped. We ran mostly 80 mph and averaged 12 mpg. That is calculated too I dont' have a lie o meter
