Possessed Wipers
I drive a 95 Ranger SC with less than 33,000 miles on it. The wipers seem to come on by themselves at full speed. Sometimes I have trouble shutting them off. Does anybody know if this is a warranty item?

My '95 did the same thing and they had to replace the entire stalk to the newer version as found in '97 and higher. This is a very common problem and should be fixed under the TSB. If not, find a wrecked '97 and swap the stalks, this should get rid of the problem.
