P1152 & P1132 Codes?

P1152 & P1132 Codes?
Any body have an clue what could be causing these codes?
P1132 - Lack Of Upstream HO2S Switch, Sensor Indicates Rich, Bank No. 1

It's on a 97 f150 4.6 L 4X4
The O2 upstream O2 sensors have been replaced and the MAF has been cleaned.
I recently had a chip put in and it ran fine until I had it on the highyway for about an hour. CEL came on and comes back on a few miles after it has been reset. I put the chip back in the stock mod to see if that helps.

P1152 and p1132
I have a 97 F250 5.4 4 wheel drive I'm getting a p1132 and a p1152 so far replace mass air flow throttle position sensor engine coolant temp sensor all four O2 sensors and trades for any leaks all injectors have been replaced spark plugs and coils still running rough I have no clue
