resonator do i need it
he yguys i am puting in a custom exhaust 4in to 5 in stacks on ym truck now i got a cat and a muffler should i jsut can those and get the resonator also i am putting a 4in dp does this sound alrite ???

Personaly , I don't think you need any of those three items . Good luck getting a 4" DP in there ! You may want to consider a 3" or 3.5 " DP that bells out to 4" , even then you will need to flatten out the pinch weld on the body seam to get it to fit . How about some pics when you get her done ?

I have to agree with black, I don't think your going to get a 4" DP in there unless you have a body lift on the truck or use a porta-power to bend the hell out of the firewall which I would not recommend. I had to put new polyurethane cab bushings on my truck to replace the worn out stock rubber ones just to keep my 3.5" DP from rubbing.
