84 f250 transfer case
Measure the bolt pattern several ways. Center of bolts from one to another for distance apart, center of bolt to center bolt from bolts that cross each other(skip one in between each you're measuring, as well as the center to center of the furthest two bolts apart from each other. If the bolt pattern matches, it should fit, but you'll also have to check the drive-shaft length afterwards, as well as fitment of the drive-shaft yoke. Take the shaft from the Bronco as well....you may need it for parts. You'll have a better chance if the trans and t-case are the same make and model. The 78 would have likely had an NP 435 trans, and an NP 205 or 208 t-case. Not sure about your current truck..best bet would be to find something closer, unless you're willing to swap both the trans and t-case into your truck, and move cross members, fab mounts, and extend/shorten drive-shafts.
