NEED HELP alternator problems
I just insured my new beast today. The sound system i installed worked great for about 10 min then the sub stopped working then the deck stopped working. I thought it must've been a bad battery, ground connection. I i proceeded to the nearest mud pit and tore it up, but half way through my baby gave up.
I got it towed back to my house, and the alternator harness is completely melted. Saying that, can any one tell me if i fried my alternator, or if i just need a new wiring harness. My hanes manual is lacking in the detail.
i would like to get her running so any suggestions would be great.
