I need some help please
I have an 86 F250 4x4 with auto trans, A/C, & 460. The 86 was the first year to use Plastic & Alum. radiators. 80-85 used brass & copper. I want to get away from these plastic radiators the last one lasted 5 years but only 28,000 miles. Ford no longer lists parts back to 85, where could I find radiator mounting brackets and rubbers so I can install the older radiator. NOTE: The radiator support according to Ford are all the same from 80-86. So there are several radiators that can be installed it is just a matter of finding brackets & rubbers. Any help would be greatly appreicated. Thank You Craig
