I'm got a 4 position flip chip from Diesel Innovations. I'd highly reccomend a flip chip, can't go wrong with being able to flip to whatever setting you want whenever you want, instead of having to spend a few minutes trying to download the settings. I noticed about a 1-2mpg increase, but that was with all my mods combined, I don't think just one thing will increase your mpg much. You'll at least stay the same, like bender said, because you'll enjoy the power and have a heavier right foot. But I can't complain, for at the very least my mpg stayed the same but I gained up to 110Hp from my chip.
