ICP Sensor trouble

My ICP sensor is messed up from me trying to do the 10k mod, i must have bent the little prongs, well i had messed with them alittle and the truck ran fine for a couple months then it started acting up again (just rough idle) and i fixed it again and it went back out a few days later. No check engine light is on though. Should i replace the sensor or just keep playing with it until i get it right? The sensor is 160 at the dealership and theres a used one on ebay for 50 dollars. Any one else ever experience this, how did you fix it?

If it's like most other PSD parts you should try an International dealer. They can easily run half price of Ford's price quite often.

I called the local international dealer and asked if they sell parts for ford powerstrokes and the guy had to think about what a powerstroke was and then said they dont carry parts for them. I'll have to call one further away.

Tell the international dealer that it's a t444e if they're clueless as to what a powerstroke is...

Thanks for the help guys, I'm probably just going to get this one off ebay because the international dealer wants $176

First time I needed parts for my Powerstroke, I walked right up to the parts counter and requested my part, knowing full well they had them cheaper than Ford..... it was an International implement dealer.

Quick question guys, just tried the 10k again, actualy 5.6k. I put it in and it seems to work, not a huge difference but the truck feels alittle faster, but it also seems louder (chatter) and when i let off the fuel it bucks and kind of sounds like its cutting in and out. Is this normal or isnt something right? Thanks, Oh and it stopped doing the rough idle when i put it on, it idles right at 600 or around there and doesnt jump like before.
