extang tonneau help

I'm looking to get a soft tonneau cover for my 99 ranger. I've found a good deal on an extang freedom and was wondering if anyone has any info on this model. It's not listed on their web site. My concern is that it won't fit with a bed liner. My liner doesn't come up over the rails so I've been told some covers will work. Will this one?

I had an extang tuff tonneau III. I didn't have a bedliner, but the way the clamps worked, it would work just fine with the non over the rail type like you got.

thanks 2002sport i ended up picking it up last weekend and couldn't be happier. the cover went on really easy and looks great. it seems very tuff and has been great for eliminating water in the truck bed.
