Just a thought

It was mentioned on the thread in GC that their should be an FTE care package for our enlisted men/women... I had an idea to take it one step farther... I am currently involved with a local charity sending a care package over to our boys/girls, and thought it would be kewl to get one from the "IOWA CHAPTER of FTE".... Let me know what yall think

considering one of our members is currently over there, I would say it is an excellent idea. Not that it akes one of our own to make something like that a good idea, just would be able to give him bragging rights should he get wind of it.

Sounds like a good idea. I'll contribute what I can but we are also trying to buy a new house and it's christmas and all that. Lets see how much more interest we can get together and gop from there.

better check to be sure that it will get to them, word has it that they have stopped sending over to them as they have too much, and the security risks. Be worth asking some questions.

my co drivers brother is over there, and we send things to him, and is still getting them as of just after thanksgiving anyway, although you probably need to send it to a specific person not just to a unit.
