ok i have a 98 f 150 with an inline 6 300ci i was just wandering do the make a chip for this year model truck? if not what are some other modes could i do to get more hp out of it?

Are you sure thats a '98 Inline? Cuz ford did'nt make them past '96 or '97.

there are chips available, i don't think they are too popular on the 300.

A free flowing exhaust seems to help out a lot.

Try advancing the timing a bit, usually you can get about 12-13* BTDC without having detonation issues running cheap gas.

There's also Air intake kits... i got the K&N replacement filter and as expected it didn't make any noticable performance difference.
