63 f250 292 engine help

63 f250 292 engine help

I adjusted my rockers on the drivers side of the engine and 2 push rods fell into the engine on startup. I guess they were to loose. How do I fix this problem?

If you can fish them out thru the heads, you have to remove the intake and the valley cover under the intake.They will be laying right there.

usually you can see them when you look down the hole .mostly they dont fall in.if they did pull intake and valley cover under it.
