What Diameter Sonnax Valve?
I have bought a Sonnax valve for my 01 F350 HD 7.3 4x4. The size I was recommended by sonnax was .427". Sonnax makes 3 sizes they are .331, .372, and .427. I had the .372 and directions said not recommended for diesel applications because of the harsh shifting, So I called Sonnax and they said that I needed the .427 which according to their directions will create even harder shifts than the .372? What's up??? So what do y'all have???

I just put in my sonnax valve and tricumulator springs today and got the .427 valve. I wouldnt want it to shift any harder, in fact, I think its a perfect compromise in the middle of performance shifting and street driveability.

Any Idea of the part number for the tricumulator springs? The local dealer here sent me what they called a kit but it didn't come with the springs. So now I am looking for the springs and Sonnax is no help as you can't buy direct from them.

I am not sure if sonnax even makes the springs. I got my valve and springs through diesel innovations for a total shipped and all of $60.50. I'm not sure who manufactures the springs. www.dieselinnovations.com
