Squeky belt

I know this is a generic?. I keep on spraying silicon spray on the serpentine belt but a few days later it will squel again, any suggestions

Is your tensioner working properly? Do you have the correct belt length? Are any of your driven components stiff to turn (bad bearings or other)? Several things to help you find the source of your belt squeal.
