Hog, I checked out the drill, looks good to me. I own several milwaukee cordless tools; I can not say enough good things about them. I really like the way the battery slides on to the tool. If you do pick up this tool, I would look for at least another battery to compliment the drill. My 14.4 drill is nearly 6 years old, absolutely no problems what so ever.
Really hard to tell. New. in kit form, with drill, case. 2 baterries and charger, it goes for around $150. I would think that if you won the auction for around $50, you will be getting a fair deal.
