Need carb/accel cable bracket

Hi all, found an accelerator cable that I think I can get to work for my truck, but I need the bracket that braces it to the carberator. The part number is E1TZ 9728-G and is on all 1981 - 1986 E-100,E-150,E-250,E-350,F-100,F-150,F-250,F-350 trucks. Anyone parting out a motor that may have one of these available?

You tried the dealer?
Theyre still selling the throttle cable.

yep, discontinued from dealerships. They said check junkyards, but around here they strip most of that stuff off when they yank the engine before you can get to the truck.

what size engine and what year.. i have a few bracket sitting... let me know cuz i dont have a way to find out what part u re talking about there... tahnks

Hi Crazy, should be any 81-86 F or E series with a I-6 engine (I think thats the 4.9L). The bracket is somewhat triangle shaped on the face, folded over on the bottom with 2 holes for screws to bolt to something on or near the carb. Looks like the hole for the cable to go in is about the size of a dime, maybe a little bigger. Hope you can help, thx.
