I plug my 2000 PSD every night before I come into the house, and I have it on a HEAVY DUTY timer, comes on at 2400 hours and goes off at 0500 hours, and it fires right up

Don't you want the tie wrap to cap the plug in when you are not using it?

The tie wrap securing the lead to the frame was the tough one I was talking about. The cap tie wrap is still in place.
