Front wheel bearing?

On my 95 ranger the right front wheel bearing went bad last night. I goona have a mechanic fix it but I'm curious. Since its stuck on there pretty good now how would you go about getting it out. ITs the outter bearing. 95 Ranger 4L 4WD manual trans manual locking hubs. Thanks TIm

If it's stuck to the spindle or the bearing race, it's going to be difficult to fix, and probably expensive. If it's not stuck, it will come right apart.

I agree andym. I think its gonna be tough to get the bearing out also. Thats why I took it to the mechanic I was thinking that I could have used a slide hammer
