Hey Thanks Guy's,
Hey guys. Boy You all sure cheer'd up my day by giving me some good hints on what to do. I just finished with a project for my History class in college. I have a horrible teacher who I now uderstand is a man hater because she seems to pick on me all the time. It is not like she distributes the scorn throughout the class, it is mainly focused on me. I am quiet and keep to myself but for some reason she despies me. I have been a pre-med student for three years and this is the first instructor that I have ever encountered that I have really hated with a passion. I think that I need to take some time off from school. Maybe a year. I just had to vent some. Thanks.

Her Name is Carol, we should put her in a barrel and roll her fat buttover the moon. Is that a start? Now she says that she is going to down grade me on my history log project because I turned my title page in later in class because I forgot to put it with my project when I handed it in at the beginning of class.

That is because you did not follow directions. What are you going to do later in life when you are on the job and you don't follow directions? You'll get fired etc. You may get a job in the future where somebody’s life may depend on your ability to follow directions. Attention to detail is very important regardless of what you choose to do in life. I'd say she is trying to teach you a lesson. Take the lesson, be a man and get on with life.

I have to agree with Kc on this one... How do you know she hates you and not the oposite? She may see alot of potential in you and is trying her best to bring it out and make you the best man she can... I could be way off base here, just food for thought before you go and think everything she does is because she hates you

I have had some of the same problems with professors as well. One I think just thought I shouldn't need help when I asked for it outside of class time, durin her office hours, yet wouldn't answer my questions during class, and a couuple others were trying their darndest to get people who didn't want to work at their courses out of the program. Don't let her get the best of you, and whatever you do, don't take a year off because it's a real pain to get motivated to go back. And it takes FOREVER to get through med school and residencies. Just my 2 cents, but it's experience talking.
