Question to all

Does anyone out there happen to know what the flow rate is of the stock injectors. I have a 1968 B2 with a 2.9.
Thanks for your help

I read somewhere it was 17 lb/hr or something like that. Don't you mean a 1986?

That's what I'm doing with mine once I get my MSD 6al, I already have MSD blaster TFI coil.

pretty good little heavy on the gas price but other than that great
you do see an difference on idle and takeoff you just have to adjust to it

I think you could almost get the same effect from just unplugging the o2 sensor

Bigger injectors without other mods is really a waste since you can't take advantage of the increased flow.

Well if you put bigger injectors in and advance the timing I believe you would increase HP

And you'd burn more of that fuel if you put in an MSD-6 ignition system..

with my b2 i have port matched intakes and heads flex-a-lite fan with spacer, 58mm tb shaved butterfly pacesetter headers flowmaster exhuast 40 series split-rear dual 2.5 outs, jet chip, msd ignition with coil wires, cap, rotor, bosch platinum 4 plugs high output alt dual battery setup modded a4ld with shift kits and high capacity fuel tank 36 gallon ram air with hood scoops matched so i think with my 19lbs injectors it does make a difference for my b2

Why does everyone think MSD is something big. I have not had a problem with my stock Ignition, and I have my engine spinning as high as 7500 RPM with more peddal to go.

I used a GM 4 pin HEI module on my Duraspark conversion. The Mustang boys say it is good to around 400 HP.
