2in = 31in?
there is no need to do a body lift on a ranger even if you are considering a 302 conversion , I didnt lift my 302 ranger , and its a two wheel jobber , this truck sits on the factory body mounts with the big bellhousing c-4 , and a three core explorer radiator in front of the water pump pulley , if you want the lift for looks that is fine , but i would rather have suspension lift ,,,

It will work with the 2". I just adjusted the torsion bars and got somewhere between 1 3/4" to 2" on my 2001. But as far as the 302 is concerned I think it will hold that just fine as well and I am sure it won't rub at all. With my 2" I am prob gonna fit 32's under it around X-mas time.
