U Joint replacment.. any tips?

U Joint replacment.. any tips?
I plan on replacing the U joints in the front drive shaft on my 79 F250 SuperCab. Ive done the regular 1 piece drive shafts, but never one like this. I don't know what the correct terminology for these parts are, but it looks like a two piece unit with a grease fitting in the middle, and a knuckle at one end. The entire unit is about 25 inches long. I need to replace the two u joints in the knuckle. I have torches to heat the old U joints up to get them out. My question is..... Anyone have any tips,tricks, or suggestions for this task?
