Shipping costs for the fenders and other big parts would kill you otherwise I have a full size Bronco that has everything you need sitting here ready to go to the junk yard. ( I stole the 4WD axles off of it for my 2WD to 4x4 project and gave the engine and tranny to a friend)
Keep an eye out on Ebay, I see all kinds of F-150s and Bronco parts truck out near you. You can often get them for $200-$500. I had to wait for a year to find mine out here in California while literally watching hundreds for sale out by you.
Also check the sherriff impounds. That is where I finally got my Bronco. The head had a blown gasket and the guy couldn't afford to fix it and after a ton of tickets for not moving it off the street, they impounded it and I bought it for $350.

As for the heater core, just go buy one at any parts store. They cost like $20 bucks or so. Their dirt cheap and better to get a new one that will last than get a used one that might itself need replacing in a year or so.
I'd check the junkyard to see what they have. I go about once every week or so looking for parts for my 82 F100. You could prolly find the bumper there. I see great looking bumpers on 80-86 trucks in there all the time. Fenders are a little harder to come by but I have found a passenger side fender in there, still looking for a drivers side. You could get a windshield in a junkyard fairly cheap too.
