Can you true dual a '96 bronco w/o sensor probs? I know if you dual a '96 f-150 it'll trip the Check Engine light.

96 and newer trucks are OBDII. This means the system also has a pair of O2 sensors, one before the catalytic converter, and one after. True dualling it is possible with the use of an O2 sensor eliminator, though. You could still built a crossover to mount the sensor in, but it'll be tricky and the shop will charge quite a bit. Leave the first one, its essential, but the back one you can go either way. Cost...depends. I'd say a minimum of 250 dollars...and that's if your exhaust shops are nice like mine are around here =).

Start adding nice tips and you're looking at 300 +. Brand name mufflers....450+ bucks.

Brother got his 97 F150 true dualed for 325 with tips, flowmasters, and crossover with the O2 sensor built in. Check your local shops and see what they will do for you.

Your brother got a pretty good deal. Especially with the Flow's.
