Dealer modifications?
I just took delivery of a used 2004 F250 PSD (10/03 build). On the frame above the radiator is a decal that says: FORD AUTHORIZED MODIFCATIONS
PCM PROGRAM 4U 7A
Change authority 04846
What modification has been done to this engine? I asked the saleman at the dealership & He seemed stumped.
