craftsman tool giveaway
Does anyone know about the Craftman Power tool giveaway with purchase of new F150?
Around November, 2004.
Just bought new F150, salesman told me i would get the craftman tool set for purchasing the new Ford, $500 value.
When i completed signing the papers i was told the promotion was over.
The salesman removed the Craftman Tool Flyer from the truck rear view mirror, and told me that i was getting the tools, giving me the Craftsman flyer.
Any recourse, at this point?

I'm confused ( nothing new ) , you were told the promo was over , and then told you would get the tools ? If the flyer was in the truck when you bought it you are entitled to the tools ! It could be a missunderstanding . Go talk with the salesman , but if he conferms you will not get the tools I would raise dog furr with the manager if you don't get them . Tell them you will make it known how the deceive customers .
