VIN or other numbers on frame?
Does anyone know if 80-86 trucks have the VIN number on the frame? I found this topic in the 73-79 trucks. http://www.fordtrucks.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=314419

Yes it is stamped on the top of the frame rail undr the passenger side of the cab. Most of the time it is covered by dirt or undercoat!

Thanks, I'll have to look for it when I remove the cab sometime in the future.
