Well, one of you guys maybe can help me again. My little truck is acting up again. She was missing like crazy the other day. I opened the hood and a spark plug wire was touching the block. It was real hot and sorta melted. So she got new wires and plugs also the distributor and rotor. It had lots of corrision in it. The spark plugs had carbon desposits. After changing those things she still was acting all kink of crazy. We changed the MAP sensor and she seems to be acting o.k. with the missing while driving.
In the morning when I start her she starts o.k. but she want idle right away like she use to. I have to give her gas and keep her reved up for a few minutes. Then she will go. Spits a little until I get down the road. Fills like maybe moisture, in the ignition,(distributor). Yall, got any ideas. I live in Houston Tx . It has been real humid 100% the last few days. It has never bothered the trucK before.
