Just My Observation
Hi All, Is it just me or is the 1960's the inbetween year. Every time that I look for parts or information it is either 195? or 1961 or newer, am I crazy or what???? (You dont have to answer that). Also, I have a engine question, should I stay in this forum or find a engine one?

The '57-'60 Ford trucks are unpopular with collectors, are relatively obscure, and are lacking in availability of reproduction parts.
If you have a question about a stock 1960 engine, this forum would be a good place to ask it. If it's a later model engine, then the engine-specific forums might be more useful.
