Do I have a compatability issue?
Good morning.. I got my XP series COOL DUAL exhaust system in and ?tried? to install last night...went pretty easy until I tried to put the drivers side part on. I lowered the spare tire, got it out of the way, but couldn't get the tailpipe high enough to reach the hanger because the over axle part was hitting my B&W hitch. I had the ball out if it, but I don't know that the 2 1/2" the hitch takes up would've mattered? I will be contacting Motorhaven in about 1/2 hr, I was just curious if anyone had similar issues with the dual system. I really wasn't impressed with the sound with the muffler and tailpipes on, but it may have grown on me.. but now its straightpiped, but I don't have a turndown yet hopefully this will be fixed SOON.
