Singing Holley ?
I have a 352 Fe with a Holley 500cmf 2 bl carb, the jetting is correct, and the motor runs good, But I get this singing sound from the carb when it running down the road, it sound like the sound you get when the accelerator pump is depressed ( you know that kinda bakon frying sound when the air rushes across the venturi's, Is this sound normal for a Holley ? Are they usally this loud ? ( i can hear it in the cab ). I may be worrying over nothing, It has been years sence I owned a Holley and age will not let me remember if that one did it or not.
Thanks.( the carb is out of the box new, with jetting changes. It has made this sound from the begining.)
