The book that I use as a reference does not state all of the information that you seek. However, I will tell you what I have. Your VIN number breaks down like this: F10 Y C D 15109 Where the F10 indicates that it is a F-100 @ wheel drive. The "Y" indicates the engine which is a V-8 360 CID with 2v. The "C" is the Assembly Plant, in this case it was put together in Ontario, Canada. As far as the letter "D" goes, my info does not have anything for that. The number 15109 is the Consecutive Number Series where the truck made right before yours would be numbered 15108 and the truck made after yours would be 15110.
On the engine info, my info states that a "Y" engine in that year should have 215 HP with a compression ratio of 8.4:1
As far as the other info is concerned, I do not know. My info may be off as well. I do know that your may contact Ford Motor Company in Detroit and order what they call a "99 History Report". It covers the basics, but will let you know if it had air conditioning, if it is a Ranger or Custom Cab, the rear axle, original colors for interior and exterior. Hope this helps.
