This is the first ford I have ever owned so far bought it new it`s a 2002 f250 cc psd 4x4. dark shadow gray with custom peral silver flames with purple tips and pinestriped with burple. I`ve done a few other things to it so far, and I`m going to get a rubicon express 6.5" lift and new 17x10 wheels and 37" tires soon!
I've got a 1991 F-150 (EFI 5.0L, AOD, American Racing AR-767s) that I bought in Jacksonville, FL, late last July. I've also got a 1966 Falcon Club Wagon (240-6, 3-spd manual) that I've owned since sometime in the summer of 2000. The F-150 will be my parts chaser, and tow vehicles for all 3 of my toys, which besides the Falcon Club Wagon, include a 1972 BMW 2002 and a 1980 Pinto wagon.
In case anyone's wondering what I'm doing with 3 Fords and 1 BMW, my excuse is always as follows: It was the round tail lights that threw me...I thought it was an old Ford. That's my story, and I'm gonna stick to it!
With the BMW...You canelways drive it when your in a bitchy mood..That is what it stands for......B****.Moan.Wherever I want...I had no choice...Ive got 1993 F-250,1991 Dodge caravan, and a 1985 Buick Park Ave...Im just a man of all sorts...The bad thing is only one of them runn right now...That is the Buick..S*** happens I guess...
Thanks Chris---actually old Midnight has its original paint, which is thin in spots, and
has a bad case of "sunburn" on hood & roof which doesn't show clearly in pic...
Amazing what Mother's California Gold and a LOT of elbow grease can do... I've always kept original paint on old vehicles I've owned, even though they weren't
"pretty", they had character ( IMO )... JR
I just picked up a 1982 Bronco I6 4spd, It has 66,000 miles orignal, runs perfect, the interior is excellent. The body has a couple of dents and minor rust but will need painted. I need a rear bumper for it.
I plan to make this my daily driver. Pics Soon!
Thanks Wayne
