knock and ping
ok ive got an 03' f150 with the 5.3 in it. its got 35k on it and i have to run premium gas in it or it knocks like crazy. any thoughts as to what it might be? lose rockers? im ata loss

With only 35k on it, It should still be under warranty. I would have the dealer check it out. THere have been alot of posts in here about pinging, but with several resolutions. Try a search and see what you come up with.
