truck boxes

Anybody hear know anything about the longevity and overall quality of United Welding Services (UWS) truck boxes. I am looking at one for my 96 f-150. Know they carry them at our local Agri-Supply for only $189. was hoping the low price didn't indicate low quality.

I don't know about them. If it is steel I would look at the finish and welding. If is is alum. look at the welds and latchs. Most of the boxes I have looked at in the last few years are all made the same and the welds looked good and the latches are the same Mfg but differ in latch type (one or 2 latches).

The box I have is identical to a Delta in every detail but cost about $150.00 less.

I have a UWS box and like it a lot. It seems to be better made than the last one I had which was a Husky from home Depot.
