When you here the song " lowrider" by war, what kind of car do you think they are talking about?

Well, depends on how many lowriders you've seen. Lots of Impalas, a Galaxie or two, '53 Chev PU, other 50's chevs. Some whale mid 70's chevs. Some are done right, some are junk. I've seen some with hugh tires under them of late, possibly a turn away from the 6.95x14 on a wire wheel.....
