1992 Odometer
I have a quick question. I am going to look at a 1992 F-250 today and I need to know if the odometers read over 100,000 miles. It is a one owner truck and he claims it only has 33,000 miles on it. Just wondered if the odometer would record it or if I would be looking at 33,000 and it could mean 133,000 or more.

The odometer goes up to 999,999 before starting over. At least I think it does. My '92 has 136000 miles showing on the odo. Sounds like you are looking at a low mile truck unless he has figured out a way to take miles off of the odo.

Yes it does record over 100k miles. If you want, I have a month subsciption or membership, whatever, to carfax. If you want, show me the VIN and I'll run a carfax on it to check if its been rolled back or of any other issues.
