'59 Roo up window help.

I need to remove both driver and whats left of the passenger roo up windows. I am hoping to use the driver side window as a templet to make 2 new windows, I'm using '65 roll up's from a F100 out of bone yard.

Does anybody have any ideas, hints suggestions as to the 'best' way to remove the windows?

Getting the ones out of the bone yard was easy as the doors were mostly torn apart already.

I greatly appreciate all the help.

Yes you'll need to undo every nut & bolt & screw that holds the tract in place and slide the whole assembly out through the bottom opening of the door.
It took me about an hour per door to get my glass out.
Once you start, you'll pretty much know what you'll need to take off in order for you to get it out, it looks complicated, but it's not too bad.
