Pyro sender installation

I am wanting to install my new pyro gauge. I have seen in some of the forums that some of you say pre turbo installation, and the others say after turbo. The instructions that came with it say install at the turbo exaust outlet. My turbo has one big pipe coming out the turbo on the passenger side of truck. Would this be the turbo outlet? What are the two smaller pipes on the back side of turbo? The truck is a 2001 PS 7.3

The turbo outlet is the single larger pipe that's hooked to your exhaust system. It is recommended by most and myself to install into pre-turbo to get a more accurate reading. ( pre and post temps vari up to 300*)

Yup, but an easier way i think and the way I did mine is to go right in the exhaust manifold on the drivers side.

Installed my pyro probe in the driver side exhaust manifold as well. Before I installed the probe a search confirmed the best spot for the install.
