My windshield wipers on my 92 have all but lost all the black paint on them, and I want to repaint them, but I don't see how they come off. Can anybody help?
The wiper arms are held on by a small clip at the base. If you look you'll see a small circle that you need to pull out (after you bend the wiper arm hinge forward). After that, you should be able to shimmy the arm off the base. Hope that kinda made sense...
Lift up on the wiper arm and hold it up with one hand. With the other hand
find the clip that slide out to hold the wiper arm in the up position.
Its a little tab right by the base/shaft, just slide it out with your finger nail.
once this is out and the arm stays up by itself you should be able to wiggle
the arm and pull it straight off the shaft.
