How hard is it to add power locks for keyless entry to a '99 Ranger quad cab?

if you have no power locks, the motors have to be installed. i don't have them and was quoted $250 for motors, alarm and keyless entry. thats installed. the motors are 50-75 ea. and the keyless / alarm is about 150. i was quoted 200 for just the power locks and keyless. i have a 99' XL super cab

I have asked a couple of places including the dealer about putting in Keyless entry on my 2001 reg cab Edge. I was told it wouldn't be worth the price and wasn't even quoted on a price.

Ok, new info, go to the Best Buy near you, they have keyless entry with remote startoption for around 150-200 if you install yourself. Installation will probly take 2-3 hrs.
