Some here claim to run them to 5000. Most say there is no reason to go past 3500. Mine starts to shake pretty good after 3300.
This part of the reason these babies last so long. All the power is there by 3500 so there isn't much reason to stress it out by reving higher.
If you've mod'd your motor, you may have your power up higher. If you are thinking of mod'ing, you should consider a balance job as part of the upgrade, imo.
